Brandon McNeice is an accomplished educational leader and the founder of Tack Educational Consulting, currently serving as the Head of School and CEO of Cornerstone Christian Academy in Southwest Philadelphia. He is driven by a passion for transforming education through data-driven decisions and strategic vision. With extensive experience in K-12 educational leadership, program development, enrollment management, and teacher training, Brandon has a wealth of practical expertise in educational leadership.
He was the Founding Head of a BASIS Independent Schools campus in Manhattan, after holding the roles of Director of Admissions and Associate Head of School at one of their sites in the San Francisco Bay Area. As the Assistant Director of Global Recruiting at Middlebury Institute of International Studies, he was able to compare and contrast the student outcomes produced by educational systems from all around the world.
Currently pursuing his EdD in Leadership and Innovation at Purdue University Global, Brandon is constantly expanding his knowledge in education administration, counseling theory, leadership, and student support services. His academic journey includes a Master of Science in Management and Leadership from Western Governors University, a Bachelor of Arts in History from Bishop's University, and a Certificate in Business Foundations from Wharton Online. Deeply committed to fostering inclusive environments, Brandon also holds a Certificate in Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University.
Brandon’s volunteer work involves serving on the nonprofit board of MindWorks Collaborative and he is Co-Chair of the Educators Committee with the Education Reform Alliance. He also works with at-risk youth by serving as a Court Appointed Special Advocate for Mercer and Burlington Counties. Finally, Brandon’s passion for athletics has led him to volunteer with Special Olympics New Jersey, and to coaching football, ice hockey, and field hockey at The Pingry School.
Brandon’s wife, Kieran McNeice, is Director of Sustainability Programs at Measure to Improve, where she consults with major agricultural producers to help them reduce their impact on the planet. They reside in Hamilton Township with their dog, Datsyuk.
